It’s party time for everyone as the festive season is just around the corner with Christmas and New Years; everyone is pepped up about parties and must have already made plans in advance.
Now, parties are not all fun, as we hear it from the charming actor Amit Verma who was last seen in ‘Baa Bahoo Aur Baby’, as he shares an incident that will make you think twice before boarding a cruise ship for partying.
“I had once spent Rupees 10,000 to 12,000 on a pass for a party 8-9 years ago. It was supposedly a cruise party at the Gateway of India, I was standing in a queue to board the cruise, but leave alone the cruise liner there wasn’t even a man in-charge there!” says Amit reminiscing how he was duped.
So, what happened when no ship turned up?
“After sometime, all of us realized that we were duped, by a group of three partners, who ran away with our hard-earned money. I was feeling like an idiot,” regrets Amit.
“I would never forget this party that never happened. It was a very bad experience,” concludes Amit.
Looks like this party was not so happening after all!
