Television actor Bhakhtiyaar Irani has taken voluntary exit from the 'Bigg Boss' house Monday and accepted Rs.1 million in return.
The finalists - Bhakhtiyaar, Pravesh Rana, Poonam Dhillon and Vindu Dara Singh - were given an option to either stay on in the house and wait for the final day when the winner would be announced or take Rs.1 million and leave the house.
Bhaktiyaar, who has earlier been part of shows like 'Nach Baliye' and 'Hans Baliye', decided to take the cash option and leave the show.
'There was a bag full of money on the table. I had two options. Either to be one of the winners or to be one of the people clapping for the winner. I did'nt want to be the latter. I evalued the pros and cons and decided this was better,' the actor told IANS.
Bhaktiyaar, who had entered the show Oct 4 with his wife Tanaaz Currim, had various ups and downs during his stay in the house. The actor was often seen breaking down, especially when his wife was evicted from the show by public voting.
He was mainly seen being friendly with fellow participant and model Aditi Govitrikar.
'Bigg Boss' airs on entertainment channel Colors and has various celebrities locked inside a house without any connection with the outside world.
