In spite of rumors of fallout between director Kamal and scriptwriter Ravikumar over the ownership of the film Aagathan’s story, the movie has been completed successfully. The film stars Dileep, Charmi, Tamil actor Sathyaraj, Zarina Wahab and others. The film was shot in Kambam, Theni, Ooty and some other places.
