"Silkina Kaur"- New face on "Lux Perfect Bride"

Silkina Kaur- Yes, that’s the name of the new girl who would participate in the show as a bride. Silkina participated in a contest launched by the show, which invited participation from all over the country. Silkina is a Human Resource professional and belongs to Haridwar.

In today’s episode, Rumpa was adjudged as Bride of the Week. She and Hitesh were also chosen as Ponds couple of the week. Today’s episode also saw some heated exchange of words. Some videos were shown in which Gurpreet alleged that Pooja brainwashed her for eliminating Yashdeep from the show. In some other videos, Gurpreet and Rumpa were joking around with each other about Pooja and mocking her attempts to carve a good image with mother-in-laws. Pooja became immensely emotional on watching these videos and said that she was shattered by Gurpreet’s unruly behaviour.

This week, there was a lot of excitement and tension on the show. Hitesh went into a furious fight with Vivek and also manhandled him. Hitesh was agitated with Vivek mocking the broken relationship between Pooja and Hitesh. While Vivek was sleeping after taking a medicine, Hiresh spilled some water on him. To reply back, Vivek also took a bottle filled with water and threw it aiming Hitesh, although later he claimed that the bottle got slipped from his hand by chance. Hitesh was not able to digest this explanation and in addition to the verbal abuse he even manhandled Vivek. Yashdeep tried to stop this spat but could not do much. Later when Vivek was in the bathroom, Hitesh went in and closed the door from inside. When they opened the door and came out, Vivek accused Hitesh of pushing him and giving him threats. At the helm of affairs, Mother of the Week i.e. Mrs. Suseshrani Chauhan announced punishment for both of them. She asked Hitesh to clean all the dirty utensils and ordered Vivek to clean and wipe the palace where mother’s and bride’s live. Vivek’s mother was emotionally broken on watching her son completing his punishment and thundered that he should retaliate if next time someone insults him.

Earlier this week, Vrinda departed from the house. She was the youngest contestant and it was pretty sure that she would be leaving the house soon. All the grooms were her good friends but she was not able to develop the chemistry of a relationship with anyone. Although while Rajbir was on the show, it once looked as if Priyanka may face a stiff competition from Vrinda in the race to be Rajbir’s bride.

This time the weekly task was won by Hitesh. He decided to take Rumpa on a date with him. While they sat in a garden to understand each other, they discussed a lot of topics including Pooja’s influence in Hitesh’s life and what he thought about Pooja now. Hitesh convinced Rumpa that no matter what happens he would always be loyal to Rumpa and give her unconditional love and support.

Let’s see going ahead if Rumpa would be able to sustain herself in the good books of Hitesh and Sudeshrani or we are going to see someone else taking her position!
